Plan B at the golden nugget apartments is also a one bedroom one bathroom apartment but it is larger than the Plan A apartments. The Plan B apartments are 700 square feet so they do offer a little more room. The average rent rate for these apartments are around $649 with a $250 security deposit. Just like with the Plan A apartments, the security deposit is subject to change depending on your personal situation.

Plan C golden nugget apartments are two bedrooms with one bathroom. They are 900 square feet and they are the largest of all of the apartments in the complex. The average rent rate for a Plan C apartment is $749 with a $250 security deposit. Again, rent rates and security deposits are subject to change.

You should also know that there are occupancy rules that apply. This means that you cannot shove ten people into a two-bedroom apartment. Since you probably would not want to do that anyways, you should not have a problem.
